Mellington Hall Holiday Home Park is very pleased to announce that we are to reintroduce our legendary Hog Roast for all of our customers which will be held on Saturday 9th July from 2pm onwards in the Park grounds which as many of you may remember, has always gone down a treat in the past and has been enjoyed immensely by all.   We know that you all like to have a “get together” such as the one which was held over the Bank Holiday weekend on the back lawn which was a great success, so now let us entertain you!

In vintage vehicle terms, this year’s Hog Roast will be on a smaller scale but Alistair would very much like to bring his trusty steam engine along with his grandfather’s Foden lorry which was bought brand new in 1947 to deliver rabbits around the Midlands which he collected from the local area.  He then went on the rescue and buy what is now Mellington Hall Hotel and grounds to save it from demolition in 1959.  Hopefully there will be several other vehicles on display too.

We would also like to welcome “Magic Kev” as the children’s entertainer!  He’s fantastic and will certainly keep your little ones entertained.

All of our customers on the Park will be receiving their invitation to our “do” in the post within the next few days and we earnestly hope that as many of you as possible can join us in which we know will be a very much enjoyable afternoon.  Let’s just hope the sun keeps shining!

Vegetarian options available.

Please note that bookings for the touring park will be on a first come first served basis.

Raffle to be held with some great prizes.  All proceeds to the air ambulance.

Tickets – £8 per adult   /  £5 per child to include food and a drink.  Please feel free to bring your own drink should you so wish.  You may also like to bring some extra chairs!

See you all there!
